Process of Belt Tensioning
one. Calculate the deflection distance in mm on the basis of 16mm per meter of span. Center distance(m) x 16=Defection(mm).
2. Use a spring stability and rule measure the force of your belt, if your value falls within the values offered, the drive need to be satisfactory. Othewise, make use of the Torque arm’s turnbuckle alter the tension with the belt. (Note, the force course and the belt needs to be a proper angle).
