Brass mini gear are widely used in micro gear motor, medical, toy, airplane field. usually, the module from 0.1 to 0.8, as it’s very small and need high torque in the application, so the requirment for the processing equipment is very high. we have brought in Swiss WAHLI hobbing machine, is specialized in cutting small gears with small module, the best tolerance can be 0.01mm.
